Where is Marché located? Can I visit the store?

Marché is located in the 5th Street Market in Eugene, Oregon. Our 5th Street location houses a café, a restaurant, and the Provisions café, deli, and store. Click here for directions.

If I saw a product in the store that is not on the web-site, can I still purchase it?

Yes, simply contact us by email or phone (xxx-xxx-xxxx) and we’ll take care of your order.

Who do you ship with? Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

We primarily use FedEx and USPS Ground shipping. Yes, we can ship to a P.O. Box.

How long does it take to ship a product?

Orders under $200 ship within two business days of being placed. Orders over $200 may require up to four business days. (Note: wine will always ship within two business days.)

Gift basket orders of up to five baskets ship 2-3 business days after your order has been completed. For orders larger than five baskets, you will be contacted within two business days with shipping details.

If you plan on making a large order and wish to ensure that you will receive your baskets by a certain day, contact us no later than a week in advance.

Can I express a purchase?

While our web-site does not currently offer express shipping, send an e-mail either before or immediately after you have placed an order and we will inform you of any additional charges for your order to be expressed. Note: Expressed orders still require time to ship. For timing, please see above.

What is your return policy?

You may return any product unopened, as new, for any reason within sixty days of your purchase. Simply contact us and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number. When we receive the product back, we will refund you your purchase minus shipping & handling.

If you have received a defective product, please contact us and we will either process a return or ensure that you receive a replacement promptly.

Are your products organic or made with local produce?

All Marché products are based on the foods you would find at a farmers market: fresh, seasonal, and regional. We are committed to using only those ingredients that are at their best, so our products evolve as we move through the seasons of the year. Our culinary technique is French-based: intensely flavored and simply but beautifully presented.

We also believe in using the highest quality and healthiest ingredients available and to that end use organic, free-range and chemical-free products.

I received my order, and everything looks great! But where is my invoice?

All invoices are e-mailed to the e-mail address which you provided to Pay-Pal. If you did not receive it for some reason, you may check your Pay-Pal account to ensure accuracy, or otherwise e-mail us and we will send you another copy.
