Our bread and pastry are made with old-world techniques and hearth baked in French ovens. This slow process builds texture and flavor, and is at the heart of artisanal baking. We make each of our products by hand with only the best ingredients: organic flours and dairy products, plus fruit, nuts and cheeses from our network of dedicated farmers, foragers and ranchers here in the Willamette Valley. It’s a tradition that we’re proud of - the Marché team has been supporting local products in this area for more than thirty years. We’ve learned that attention to season, region and sustainable practices - from the field to the kitchen to the table - always produces delicious results.

To Order The more notice we have, the more flexibility we can offer with flavors, quantities and custom desserts. To speak with a pastry chef directly, call or stop by the bakery between 7am-noon. Our counter staff in Provisions can always help you put together a custom order, too.
Part of the beauty of living in this bountiful region is the evolving cast of ingredients we have available to us. Our pastry chefs are always on the lookout for gorgeous fruit, local cheeses and nuts to provide inspiration for creative seasonal desserts. In the fall, we’ll be making glorious apple and pear tarts. Spring brings fresh local strawberries, summer is a wealth of peaches, berries and melon, and we’re reminded of incredible nuts, cranberries and citrus flavors in the winter. Come by the store or call us to see what the season has brought!
We always use organic flour, fresh local eggs, milk, nuts and fruit - not to mention premium European chocolate.
Our whole pizzas come in 12" (serves 2-3) and 19" (serves 5-7) sizes, and are made with New York-style thin crust. We make our dough fresh each day, using organic flour, and our toppings are only the best. Local produce, meats and fresh cheeses and herbs are the foundation of our simple, classic pizzas. Ice Cream and Espresso top
Our ice creams and sorbets are made in house, using fresh local fruit and nuts, premium European chocolate and Nancy’s organic milk and cream. We make sundaes with warm chocolate, fruit and caramel, incredible milkshakes, malts and root beer floats.
We proudly serve locally roasted, sustainably grown Wandering Goat Coffee, and Blue Willow tea. All of the dairy products we use in our espresso drinks are organic.
