Mexican chocolate is wonderful stuff--it's best whisked into steamed milk for a cinnamony-sweet hot chocolate, but it's also great for baking (or nibbling, or....) Taza is a small chocolate company in Massachusetts. They use traditional Mexican stone mills to grind their chocolate, and use only fair-trade and USDA certified organic ingredients.

Three 85g stone-ground chocolate bars, made in Somerville, Massachusetts. One each of 60%, 70% and 80% dark chocolate for a super-intense chocolate experience. Taza Chocolate is a new bean-to-bar chocolate maker dedicated to buying beans directly from small farming cooperatives at above fair-trade prices. The three bars are Dairy, Gluten, and Soy Free and certified organic by the USDA.
